SUAU has lots of resources and facilities to help making running a club easier.

Room Bookings

You can book rooms in Fulton House and University lecture/seminar rooms.

Minibuses

SUAU has two minibuses available for use by clubs.

Top Tips

There are lots of online tools which can help you share information and work with the rest of your committee, all for free. Here are some of our suggestions, let us know if you have any other good ideas;

Picnik - online photo editing
Google docs or Zoho - online equivalents to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. These allow you to share documents and let multiple edit/view them without having to email things back and forward.
Zamzar - convert files to other formats, great for making fancy looking pdfs to email to people
Basecamp & Backpack from 37signals.com - project management/information sharing tools
