Bronze Medallion Course

Our first Bronze Medallion course for 2008/2009, we hope it will be a success! If you need more info click here.

The course will begin on Tuesday 7 October 2008 and run for approximately six weeks using the Tuesday (and possibly other sessions) in the pool plus a dry land session prior day TBC.

Open to anyone in the AU!

Stroke Improvers

Stroke Improvers is a great way to learn or improve your swimming strokes and techniques (Front Crawl, Back Stroke, Breastroke, Butterfly and Sidestroke).

The course will begin on Tuesday 7 October 7pm and/or Thursday 9 October 8pm 2008 and run until the end of the term with the possibility of continuing into 2009!

Open to anyone in the AU!
